The City of Fitchburg seeks to update its Board of Health regulation requiring property owners to register their vacant or foreclosing properties.

Barrett Planning Group will draw on the expertise of City staff and the experiences of other communities with existing Vacant Property Registration Ordinances to assist Fitchburg in the development and drafting of an ordinance that better addresses the City’s needs and challenges.
